1st post of 2021

Greetings to all the friendly neighborhood curry makers. I hope that all of you had a wonderful new years and a happy holiday season.

The beginning of the new year has motivated me to get the coconut curry masala out as soon as possible. As you might know, I have been working on this recipe for a few weeks, and I am not yet satisfied. I will continue working on it and hopefully have it perfected in the next few weeks. I am excited by this new flavor profile and I know many of you have also expressed your interest.
